cupful of chopped, cooked carrots

Put
cheese through sieve. Beat eggs lightly and combine.
Pack the mixture well in a loaf pan. Bake in a
moderate oven until well set. Turn on platter and
garnish with lettuce. Serve with tomato sauce (No. 6)
and sprinkle chopped green pepper over the top.
