1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of molassaes
2.5 cups of flour
.5 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking
soda
1 teaspoon of ginger
.5 teaspoon of nutmeg

Stir sour cream and
sugar together, add the beaten egg and molasses and beat
well.
Mix flour, baking soda,
ginger, and nutmeg together and add to the mixture,beating
well. Makes a thick sheet in a biscuit pan. Bake in moderate
oven for 20-30 minutes
Makes one good sized
