Lockers

Coin-operated lockers are available at the Oasis Waterpark and IceLand Pool for a cost of $.25. The use of the lockers is encouraged. Niles Park District does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged articles.

Open Swim Pool Guidelines

These guidelines are a combination of Niles Park District rules and those required by the Department of Health. They are enforced for the health and safety of our pool patrons.

1. Smoking is prohibited in the locker rooms, on deck and in the concession area.
2. Season passes are issued to a specific person and may not be transferred.
3. Children under eight years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age and over).
4. Children under two years of age must wear tight-fitting plastic pants and swim diapers.
5. Rafts, inflatable swimming devices, kickboards, diving rings, and balls of any kind are not allowed during open swim.
6. Street shoes are not allowed on the pool deck.
7. Baby carriers and car seats are allowed. Strollers are prohibited on deck.
8. Developmentally challenged individuals needing wheelchairs on deck or floatation devices in the water will be accommodated.
9. Absolutely no glass containers allowed.
10. Every person must wear a swimsuit.
11. Every person must shower before entering the pool deck, during open swim hours.

Swim Lessons

Niles Park District is excited to offer the American Red Cross swim lesson program.  The program is designed for children of all ages and abilities.  On days of inclement weather classes will be held indoors.  Children will be instructed on water safety precautions
